Crab Meat with Wild Rice and Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound flaked or lump crab meat
  • 7 ounces long grain wild rice
  • 2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons extra dry vermouth
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
How to cook Crab Meat with Wild Rice and Mushrooms:
  • Remove any remaining shell or cartilage from crab meat and set aside. In a large skillet or lidded pot, cook rice according to package instructions.
  • Add mushrooms 5 minutes before rice is done.
  • Add crab meat and remaining ingredients.
  • Cook an additional 2 minutes, stirring gently.
  • Serve immediately.
