  • 1 (3-4 ounce) canned salmon steak, drained
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
How to cook Easy Baked Canned Salmon:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C.
  • Butter 8 or 9-inch pie plate.
  • Invert salmon onto pie plate carefully.
  • Cover with sour cream, salt and pepper.
  • Bake until cream bubbles and browns, about 10 minutes.
