Easy Baked Tilapia with Kamias Recipe
Serves/Makes: 6
Ingredients:
- 6 tilapia fillets (about 6 - 8 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup rice wine
- 1/4 dark soy sauce
- 3 - 4 unripe kamias
- Marinate tilapia fillet in rice wine and dark soy sauce for 30 minutes.
- Arrange in an oven-proof tray.
- Top with slices of kamias then bake for 15 minutes.
Notes:
Kining sud-ana makasingot sa ka lami. (This kind of food will make you sweat with its good taste.)
