Easy French Tuna Quiche Recipe
Serves/Makes: 3 - 4
Ingredients:
- 1 (6-ounce) can tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 ounces grated Swiss cheese
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 1 unbaked pie shell (can be frozen)
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix well and pour into pie shell. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
