Easy French Tuna Quiche Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 (6-ounce) can tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 8 ounces grated Swiss cheese
  • 4 scallions, chopped
  • 1 unbaked pie shell (can be frozen)
How to cook Easy French Tuna Quiche:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Mix well and pour into pie shell. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
