Jewish Smoked Salmon Rolls Recipe
Serves/Makes: 16 rollls
Ingredients:
- 16 (about 10 ounces) smoked salmon strips, about 5 x 1 1/2-inch each
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons white horseradish, well drained, or to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Sprigs of watercress, dill or parsley for garnish
- Mix the softened cream cheese with horseradish.
- Put a tablespoon on each slice of salmon.
- Sprinkle with black pepper.
- Roll each piece as for jelly roll.
- Pierce with a toothpick to secure each roll (optional).
- sprig of dill or parsley just before serving.
