Jewish Smoked Salmon Rolls recipe Serves/Makes: 16 rollls

Ingredients:

  • 16 (about 10 ounces) smoked salmon strips, about 5 x 1 1/2-inch each
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons white horseradish, well drained, or to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Sprigs of watercress, dill or parsley for garnish
How to cook Jewish Smoked Salmon Rolls:
  • Mix the softened cream cheese with horseradish.
  • Put a tablespoon on each slice of salmon.
  • Sprinkle with black pepper.
  • Roll each piece as for jelly roll.
  • Pierce with a toothpick to secure each roll (optional).
  • sprig of dill or parsley just before serving.

Notes:
