Oysters with Bacon Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 24 fresh oysters on the shell
  • 3 slices of bacon
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • White pepper
How to cook:
  • In a bowl, mix together a few drops of Worcestershire sauce, of Tabasco sauce, lemon juice and a little white pepper.
  • Delicately add oysters; leave to marinate for approximately 1 hour, refrigerated.
  • Cut each slice of bacon into 8 pieces.
  • Delicately take oysters out of the marinade; wrap each oyster with bacon.
  • Secure bacon with a toothpick.
  • Refrigerate until ready to broil.
  • Broil oysters in preheated oven for a few minutes, until bacon is crunchy.
  • Remove toothpicks; serve the Oysters with Bacon, while still warm.
