Oysters with Bacon Recipe
Serves/Makes: 4 to 6
Ingredients:
- 24 fresh oysters on the shell
- 3 slices of bacon
- Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco sauce
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- White pepper
- In a bowl, mix together a few drops of Worcestershire sauce, of Tabasco sauce, lemon juice and a little white pepper.
- Delicately add oysters; leave to marinate for approximately 1 hour, refrigerated.
- Cut each slice of bacon into 8 pieces.
- Delicately take oysters out of the marinade; wrap each oyster with bacon.
- Secure bacon with a toothpick.
- Refrigerate until ready to broil.
- Broil oysters in preheated oven for a few minutes, until bacon is crunchy.
- Remove toothpicks; serve the Oysters with Bacon, while still warm.
