Oysters with Coriander Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 36 fresh oysters on the half shell, well-chilled
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander
  • 1 tablespoon finely snipped chives
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 large lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper
How to cook Oysters with Coriander Sauce:
  • First, prepare the Coriander Sauce by combining all the ingredients (except oysters) adding the oil last.
  • Season well with plenty of pepper.
  • Arrange the oysters on a serving platter, drizzle each one with a little Coriander Sauce and serve.
