Polynesian Savory Fish Hash Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flaked fish, canned or freshly cooked
  • 1 cup cooked diced taro or sweet potatoes
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil
How to cook Polynesian Savory Fish Hash:
  • Combine all ingredients except the oil, and mix until blended.
  • Heal oil in a large frying-pan; add the fish mixture and flatten out.
  • Cover and cook over medium heat until bottom is brown.
  • Fold over and serve.
