Ingredients:

• 3/4 pound catfish (pike, cod or perch)
• 3/4 pound potatoes, boiled
• 10 ounces sour cream
• 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 2 ounces grated hard cheese
• Salt

How to cook:

• Heat oven to 400°F.
• Grease a bake dish with fat, put sliced potatoes around and catfish slices in the center, salt.
• Mix sour cream with oil and flour thoroughly and pour over.
• Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 30-40 minutes.
