  • 3/4 pound catfish (pike, cod or perch)
  • 3/4 pound potatoes, boiled
  • 10 ounces sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 ounces grated hard cheese
  • Salt

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
