Russian Fish Cutlets Recipe
Serves/Makes: 6 - 8
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds Pollock (cod, hake, or haddock) fillet
- 2 white bread slices
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 egg
- Salt and ground pepper
- Oil
- Grind fish fillet with onion in a mincer.
- Stir in sour cream, egg, soaked in milk bread, salt and pepper.
- Shape small oval cutlets roll in breadcrumbs and pan fry on every side in oil until done.
