Salmon Baked Patties Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 (7 1/2-ounces / 213-mL) can pink salmon
  • 1 teaspoon (5 mL) finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon (5 mL) lemon juice
  • 1 cup (250 mL) mashed potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon (15 mL) breadcrumbs
  • Celery salt, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
How to cook Salmon Baked Patties:
  • Rinse and crumble salmon.
  • Mix in chopped onion, lemon juice, mashed potatoes, breadcrumbs, celery salt, salt and pepper.
  • Mix well.
  • Shape into patties.
  • Transfer patties onto a greased oven-sage plate.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Bake in a preheated 450°F (230°C) oven for 15 minutes.
