Smoked Fish Hors D'Oeuvres Recipe
Serves/Makes: 1 cup
Ingredients:
- 1 (7-ounce) can tuna or red salmon, drained
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tablespoon water
- Combine all ingredients and mix very well.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
- Serve the Smoked Fish Hors D'Oeuvres with crackers or may be used to stuff celery.
