Thai Baked Prawns Recipe

Thai Baked Prawns recipe Serves/Makes: 3 - 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound spiny-clawed prawns (shrimps)
  • 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoons sliced coriander
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
How to cook Thai Baked Prawns:
  • Wash prawns (shrimps), remove feelers.
  • Lay the prawns (shrimps) next to each other on an oven-proof dish and bake in a 350°F oven until the shells redden.
  • Pound the pepper with coriander root well in a mortar.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan. When hot, add the coriander root and pepper, when fragrant, stir in the soy sauce and sugar then, pour the mixture over the prawn.
