Thai Curried Shrimps Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound prawns (shrimps), shelled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoon fish sauce (nam pla)
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup slivered green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup slivered red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sweet basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup onions, sliced
How to cook Thai Curried Shrimps:
  • Heat a large skillet and add oil, garlic and prawns (shrimps). Saute for 1 minute.
  • Add all the other ingredients and cook 2 minutes.
  • Serve the sauteed prawns (shrimps) with Jasmine rice or your favorite rice.

Notes:

The Thai name for Curried Shrimps recipe is Goong Pad Pong Garee.
