Thai Fried Squid Recipe
Serves/Makes: 3 - 4
Ingredients:
- 1 pound medium sized squid (calamari)
- 5 ounces tapioca flour
- 1 tablespoon ground pepper
- 2 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 2 ounces garlic
- 2 cups cooking oil for frying
- Wash the squid, remove the inedible parts, and cut crosswise into slices 1 inch wide.
- Pound the garlic and pepper until finely ground. Mix this thoroughly with the squid, add the soy sauce, and then allow to stand for a short while.
- Mix the squid with the tapioca flour and fry in medium hot oil. When browned, transfer to dish and serve with chili sauce.

This recipe is delicious, simple, and really easy to cook.
