Chinese Easy Stir Fried Shrimps Recipe
Serves/Makes: 2 - 3
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound raw shrimps (prawns), shelled
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
- 1/2 bunch of green onions, (cut into 1 inch pieces on a diagonal)
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 chilies, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
How to cook Chinese Easy Stir Fried Shrimps:
- Heat some oil in a wok to very high temperature.
- Stir-fry the green and yellow onions, chilies, garlic and shrimps (prawns) for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Add sesame seeds and soy sauce and stir fry 1/2 minute more.
- Put the stir-fried shrimps on top of rice noodles in a noodle bowl or on a plate and garnish with reserved green onions and coriander (cilantro) if you have some on hand.
