Creamy Shrimp Casserole Recipe
Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 pound (454 g) hot, cooked shrimps
- l pound (454 g) hot, cooked scallops
- 1 (10 1/2-ounce / 284-mL) can cream of shrimp soup
- 1 (10 1/2-ounce / 284-mL) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) butter or margarine
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 pound (227 g) fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Hot, boiled noodles
How to cook:
- Melt butter or margarine brown together chopped green pepper, mushrooms, celery and onion.
- Heat together cream of mushroom and cream of shrimp soups.
- Stir in browned vegetables stir in cooked scallops and shrimps.
- Serve, over noodles.
