Easy Mock Lobster (Poached Cod) Recipe

Serves/Makes: 3

Ingredients:

• 1 (1 pound) pakage frozen cod
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 3 teaspoons salt
• Water for boiling

How to cook:

• Boil together water, vinegar, and salt. (Water must cover fish.)
• Place cod in water, return to boiling and poach 20 minutes.
• Remove cod, drain on paper towels, flake and serve warm with melted butter.

Notes:

The Easy Mock Lobster (Poached Cod) is a very affordable dish. Great tasting food is easy to cook and is also healthy.

Hint:

Don't be afraid to substitute Pollock, haddock or scrod for cod.
