Frisian Fish Burgers Recipe
Serves/Makes: 4 - 6
Ingredients:
- 1 pound cod fillets
- 4 ounces smoked pork tenderloin
- 1/2 pound boiled potatoes
- 2 tablespoons grated onions
- 4 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to cook Frisian Fish Burgers:
- Grind codfish fillets, boiled potatoes, and smoked pork tenderloin in a cuisinart.
- Mix with remaining ingredients.
- Form 4 - 6 burgers and fry until well done.
