Ingredients:

• 1 package (2 pounds) frozen half shell mussels
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup diced red bell peppers
• 4 tablespoons finely diced green onions
• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

How to cook:
