Pizza with Tuna and Anchovies Recipe
Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 can (6 1/2-ounce / 185-mL) light tuna fish chunks, packed in water, drained
- 1 can anchovies, drained
- 1 (12-inch / 30-cm) pizza crust
- 2 cups (450 g) grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1 medium size thinly sliced red onion, in rings
- 10 slices medium size tomatoe
- 5 ripe olives, stoned and halved
- 2 tablespoons (30 mL) freshly chopped basil
- 3 tablespoons (45 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons (30 mL) garlic and fines herbs salad dressing
How to cook:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese over pizza crust, add tuna, remaining cheese and onions rings.
- Arrange anchovies in rays.
- Arrange tomato slices all around the crust.
- Scatter pizza with olives halves.
- Sprinkle with basil pour salad dressing all over.
- Bake in preheated oven until bottom of crust is golden brown.
