Red Mullet in Foil (Barbounia sto Alouminoharto) Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4

Ingredients:

• 4 large whole red mullets
• 2 spoons butter
• Salt and pepper
• Juice of 2 lemons

How to cook:

• Clean the mullets and scrape the scales. Salt and pepper the mullets.
• Pour juice over them and rub them with butter.
• Cut 4 aluminium foil pieces and place one mullet on each piece.
• Wrap the pieces of aluminium, place them in a baking pan and bake for 25 minutes.
