Thai Fried Spanish Mackerel Steak Recipe
Serves/Makes: 2
Ingredients:
- 1 Spanish mackerel steak weighing about 1/2 pound
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Cooking oil for frying
How to cook:
- Wash the mackerel steak. Dissolve the salt in enough water to cover the steak and soak it for about 10 minutes. Rinse the steak once in fresh water and then allow to dry.
- Fry the mackerel steak in medium hot oil until golden brown, remove from the oil, drain with paper towels, place on a dish, and serve.
